Return
Policy
Returns can be made within 30
days of receipt of your shipment for a full refund.
We do not refund shipping cost unless the return is
a result of our error. Please note that we cannot
exchange items unless they are defective or
damaged.
We will notify you via e-mail of
your refund once we have received and processed the
returned item. You can expect a refund in the same
form as the payment originally used for purchase
within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your
return.
Please include the order number
or a copy of your receipt and the name of the
person who purchased this order, along with the
reason for your return on a separate piece of paper
and send the package to the following

Cancellation
You may cancel any item from
your order provided that it has not yet entered the
shipping process. Send an e-mail to us at
sales@ibuynw.com
to cancel order. Please include order number and
the name of person that placed the order. If your
order has already been shipped then refer to the
return policy and process above.
International
Orders
Currently we cannot process
orders from outside of the United States.
